  : Breakfast Was disappointing! Only tiny muffins and bagels. The waffle machine was there but not on and no batter. No cereal, eggs, sausage, pasteries, yogurt, fruit etc.

  : I reserved a handicap accessible room on the first floor on April 19,2024. When I checked in I was given the keys to room 203. I didn’t know that it was on the second level. My spine is fractured in four places. I’m in constant pain. I walk assisted. I had to climb those stairs in agonizing pain in order to go to bed. When I took my concerns to the front desk employee and asked for my handicap room, he told me that there were no more rooms and that I should have called ahead for that. I said I did! He said,”that’s all there is” and shrugged his shoulders. Two excruciating days of climbing and descending your stairs has caused intense back spasms that now require prescribed medications. As a disabled Women’s Army Corps veteran (Vietnam era) I suffer from severe PTSD and anxiety with panic attacks. I was in physical pain and the emotional distress only exacerbated my PTSD. You have violated my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
