: The food was very good and the property itself is beautiful. Great amenities. Unfortunately, the poor service and scary situation that no one was able to help with, overshadowed anything else positive that I have to say.
: As someone that has worked in hospitality for many years, this was some of the worst service I have ever received. Upon arrival and seeing the size of our suite, I was told one room would be refunded if we combined so we made our own pull out sofa bed late at night and combined into one room only to find out this would not be the case. No refund at all was provided for the room that we did not use at all. We also went through a horrifying experience when we were locked outside of the hotel at night. There is NO staff on property overnight and no cell service. We tried every door with our keys and nothing worked to get back in side despite being told the night door would work. You cannot leave the hotel at night or you will not be locked out in the cold all night. Very unsettling and worse, the management did not care one bit! We felt extremely unsettled throughout our entire time there which ruined our experience. For your safety, DO NOT STAY HERE.
