  : The front desk clerk was very polite, pleasant, well-informed, and thoroughly explained all the rules and policies of the hotel.
  : The hotel itself was not good at all. There was a HORRENDOUS stench in the hallway that permeated all the rooms. Like a wet dog, mildew, and urine all mixed into one smell. One other guest told me she was leaving because she got physically ill from the smell. Cleanliness left something to be desired. The fixtures were all dated and of poor quality. We opened the window due to the horrid smell, but had to prop it open with a book because it otherwise slammed shut. I feel awful for the staff that has to work in these conditions. If I'd have booked a second night, I would have left early. I don't even want to know what mold/toxins/whatever I was inhaling that created one of the worst odors I've ever encountered. Overall, I would never stay here again. Stay away! This experience has soured me on all Best Westerns going forward.

  : Staff at check was pleasant at first.
  : Upon getting off the elevator on the 2nd Floor, I noticed an unpleasant smell resembling a locker room. The entire hallway smelled this way. We mentioned to the front desk staff and we're quickly dismissed with her stating "no one else has mentioned anything". The room did not--at first--but did by the middle of the night smell as well. Smell was so bad that our clothes ended smelling that way. Before leaving the room smell was intense it made me physically sick. While walking down the hallway to leave notice a staff member on the second floor wearing a full face mask--obviously they knew it was bad. Upon leaving the assistant manager admitted they knew they had an issue--a pipe bursted-- and there had been a delay getting it repaired. Clearly they knew they were putting others health in jeopardy with the conditions but business was of more importance. Also had to ask for new sheet for bed due to bright red blood spot on the sheet that was on the bed upon arrival. Clearly, had but been changed or washed. I was told a refund would be issued but to date have not received one.

  : Our ro overall was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
  : The chaise lounge was stained. No sitting there. The shower and toilet area was very small and confined. Difficult to close the door due to the tight proximity.

  : Easy to find with great access to the freeway. Lots of parking available with large parking spaces which were good for a minivan. Breakfast was provided with decent coffee. Staff was very helpful and kind.
  : The beds were a little bit soft for comfort and the bathroom felt slightly tight with lower water pressure in the shower. Would have preferred daily room service. Breakfast needed to have more healthy options available. 24 hour coffee would be nice too.
