  : I rented this hotel 3 months in advance to surprise my grand kids. Ordinarily I would’ve driven home if it was just my husband since we live less than an hour away. However, we wanted to surprise the girls and stay at Best Westin because they have a pool. The girls were super excited. We arrived at the hotel, only to find out that after we paid all the fees and bounds at the pool was under maintenance and no one had notified us. Otherwise, I would’ve rented at the adjacent hotel with pool was up and running. Then we found out after renting three months in advance that we were going to be on the third floor instead of the first we also ended up getting to a room in those holes in the walls and Cheerios under the bed. I was extremely disappointing. The girls were upset. That was the whole reason for staying in the hotel was for the pool. They had three months to notified us that the pool wasn’t in working order. I could’ve made a other arrangements Or not stayed in a hotel at all just drove home and drove back.
  : The bathroom door is so close to the toilet that you bang your knees when you try to close it to get in use the bathroom very very narrow not very safe for all the adults. The hallways were very stuffy and smelled moldy.

  : The location was great. The room was big.
  : No refrigerator, no iron or ironing board. The plug in the bathtub wouldn't hold water, and the toilet kept hanging up.

  : The staff was really nice
  : We had to move to another room because the first room, the fridge, wasn't working, so we had to wait for maintenance, and the lady at the front desk couldn't get in contact with the maintenance man so we went to a different room .... then once we got there, the A/c wasn't working it was just using fan there was no A/C, but we didn't want to move to another room again, so we stuck with it. I think the place just needs an update and checks on maintenance things. Other than that, the staff was wonderful.

  : Room was filled with mold top to bottom Beds were stained and gross Lamp shades were ripped and broken Bugs in the room Had to speak to 3 different people to try and get refund checked out after a half a night was disgusting
