  : We like the setting and overall set up of the cabin. It was easily accessible to the main attractions. The cabin was very relaxing, we even joked around saying let's just hang out there for the day! Lol! The staff people were exceptionally nice, and quick to respond to phone calls and emails.
  : We had an amazing time and stay! I was slightly disappointed that the hot tub wasn't in the best working order, and failed to turn on the hets at times. One of the pool sticks were missing felt. And lots of loose hair on the floors. We were told we could check in by 4pm, however upon our arrival at tgat precise time, the cleaning people said they were nearly done, but had our check in time at 5 pm.

  : it was away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. it was CLEAN and easy to find
  : the hot tub was rough. jets would randomly come on and off. had to reset the hot tub almost every day to get it to work. wished it had a washer and dryer.

  : Quite, Isolated place. Hot tub, but we couldn't try/use. Good communication.
  : Not that close to main city. Not enough towels - there were only 2 pair of towels in each bath. Some extra towels and linens would have been great. Water in the upper bath shower didn't have enough pressure. Lower bath sink drain was missing. Too many long email messages. Hard to read in the phone Fans making noise.

  : We were a little too close to private property owners, we had to keep towels on the kitchen floor because the fridge leaked water, there was no washer/dryer, the downstairs toilet handle needed to be jiggled to get it to stop running,, and we killed several large spiders., otherwise everything was good.

  : For my whole weekend I had no cell service.

  : Loved the decor and the cabin with a stream. Relaxing!
  : The pool table was tore up, but I couldn't use it. The jets in the hot tub hardly worked. The TV in the bedroom was broke. I complained and nothing!

  : We were told to take screen shots because you will lose signal at the cabin. We took the screen shots but we arrived very late and I blame myself for what took place next, the code for the door and the code for the alarm were in different pictures and I may have accidentally ruined the peace and serenity for anyone in the area at 2am trying to figure that out. otherwise the perfect getaway.
