Rustic Gatlinburg Getaway with Hot Tub and Kids Loft!

  : Was spacious.
  : Constant traffic going by! Noisy! 75% of the remotes had dead batteries with acid leaking out(terrible for young children) carpentry work was very mediocre at best! Master bedroom was full of cobwebs in the ceiling! Master bathroom had no shower curtain and shower tile was not designed for water! Thermostats were backwards, would not stay set on temperature, steady got hotter and hotter! No gas for the logs in the fireplace! Tv in living room had terrible sound and kept going in and out! Almost positive hot tub didnt have proper amount if any chlorine in it ( smelled moldy and mildewed), tried contacting realtor through email with no response at all! Very disappointed with this rental company considering the price they charge! Would not recommend renting from these people!

  : I love the location. Everything was excellent except the cleaning of the bathrooms.
  : I didnt like the kids loft didnt have a tv to watch. Also it was dead spiders n bugs in the tub and sink.

  : It was only 1.5 miles from the Downtown Gatlinburg. It is not far from a trolley. It is listed as a 3 bedroom but it also has a bed in the loft upstairs and 2 sets of bunk beds downstairs. There are 2 sets of stairs so if you have small children bring an extra gate, they have 1 gate already.
  : The mattress on the bed with a the deer comforter was flipped upside down and was VERY hard and uncomfortable. I did not know that the bed was upside down until I was stripping the sheets off the day we left. My husband and I did not sleep very well while we were there as a result of this. So I was pretty disappointed when I seen this. Also the flooring in the downstairs bathroom is starting to come up because there is no inside shower curtain.
