  : Outdated. Itchy polyester comforter. No blankets. Several lamps with no lightbulbs. Bathroom door didn’t close tight. Felt like the view from the balcony wasn’t what was advertised.

  : Location was pretty close to town.
  : The first room smelled really bad, like a mortuary that was sealed up to long. We want in and I turned the light on in the kitchen and saw a roach. I called and they moved us to 509. The room had a really musty smell, not as bad as 407. We set our stuff down and left. After we came back my friend's wife started breaking out, we looked for a reason and discovered the place was very dirty, dust and dead bugs were everywhere. There was dead bugs on the window sills, under the furniture cushions, in the kitchen cabinets and silverware drawer. The wifi went out which was very bad because it was needed for my friends business and my wife's classes.

  : dirty dishes in the cabinet, ac in the master bedroom is shared with the living area. had to buy a fan to blow cool air into the bedroom, wifi password did not work, elevators were down for a few hours

  : The location is great quick access to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. The rental has lot of space, and the full kitchen was nice. It was clean. I called because there was no parking pass and I got a quick return call, and a pass the next morning.
  : The main heater/AC made a really loud noise, and it didn't seem to work as a heater. The fireplace also didn't work. Thankfully it was warm enough that we didn't really need them. There were also several lights that didn't turn on and some were missing bulbs. The light above the dining table has a very awkward off/on switch. After the lights have been on for a few hours it's easy to burn your fingers on the bulbs trying to turn it off. My wife and I both found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable. She likes a soft mattress and I like a firm mattress but neither of us slept well. We put our 17 month old son in the other room in a pack and play so we didn't test out the other mattress.

  : Not much really.... parking was terrible, you climb a hill, get a parking pass, back down the hill to put in your car, then climb the hill back....
  : The parking... soon as we walked in the room there were giant black stains on carpet.... no air in one bedroom... the fridge handle was sticky... the sheets had blood on them... they gave us “free” coffee yet no filters?? There were a total of 4 remotes for tv’s/ DVD players, requiring 8 batteries.... we had a total of 3... 2 were in a DVD remote, thus making TVs useless... shower was musty.... one toilet had mold spots inside and didn’t flush properly... had to crawl under a table to plug in an overhead light....the furniture is worn out... I paid as much for this dump that I normally pay for a nice cabin, because I waited too long to book one, so I was stuck with this place.... Apparently the rooms on the 4th floor seem to be dumps according to the reviews.... fix it up or sell it.... you should be embarrassed...
