  : The views are amazing, the location is quiet and beautiful. You're literally on too of a mountain, the drive up is a bit intense but it was worth it in sights and scenery. The pool, firepits and lobby balcony were amazing.
  : The carpets were really stained up. The pullout couch matress needs to be replaces there was springs and some metal poking out of the sides. It wasn't sleep able. The bedrooms each had windows to see the views but the blinds were broke and we couldn't raise them up to enjoy the view.

  : Exceptional views, had lots of parking, very laid back environment, other guests pretty much stayed to themselves except when you walked by they were friendly and polite, grills plenty of grills that worked good, very quite at night, beds were very comfortable, loved the full kitchen and dishwasher lol. Over all it was a really good place to stay. Kind of on the expensive side but with those views it was well worth it. It was only a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The people at the office were very nice and were very helpful when our car broke down on our first day there. We had never been in the area and didn't know anything about it. When I asked them about a car repair shop they were very helpful and gave us step by step instructions on how to get there. I would definitely come back.
  : Our room was fairly clean but there were some stains on the carpet, what looked like to be rice on the floor in the bedrooms, the balcony glass door had a ton of streaks. The lights in the pool were out so no swimming after 9pm and a ring in the bathtub. I am a housekeeper myself so I definitely see all the little details.

  : old home, old furniture n crappy beds, old sofa, dirty carpet all the way. bed is very uncomfortable. shown in pics different , reality different.

  : The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed frame was buster as well...also the a.c in our room wouldn't work..the door to the hot water heater wouldn't close properly so i had to constantly watch my toddler to make sure he didnt mess with it...the place is beautiful but i feel for the price we paid...not worth it definitely wouldn't go back

  : We had 6 towels in our room and couldn’t get anymore. I called customer service and they said they would put a request in but we never got any clean towels so we had to reuse ours.
