Studio Cabin with Loft and Hot Tub Less Than 5 Mi to Downtown!

  : The appearance.
  : There were ROACHES all in the kitchen. Literally living in the microwave. Multiple cans of grocery store bug spray under the sink so there has been an issue present for a while. There is an obvious mildew smell admitting from the bathroom where the owner has nailed and screwed rubber mats over a weakened place on the floor in front of the shower. These mats are disgusting and simply hold the moisture in. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The hot tub was in need of cleaning, the water smelled and required showering after using. The fireplace didn’t work and we were told to light the pilot light, but it wouldn’t light, and a renter should not have to do that.

  : I emailed and called the contact number on check in and on check out still no response on check in we couldn’t get in because door code wouldn’t work and the WiFi password they gave was incorrect

  : We liked the seclusion, hot tubs, king size bed, fill kitchen, grill and fire pit, tv had Roku.
  : No washer/dryer appears there used to be one with full hookups in cabin but was removed, a governor in the AC so we had to buy a fan because the loft got hot when sleeping, 4 jets on outside hot tub didn’t work, doors didn’t close fully, bath mats covering a soft spot in front of shower, step down off front porch should have another step, code given to open door did not work had to get another code.

  : The property is perfect for a weekend getaway! It is a great location that is not too far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and you feel like you have privacy because you’re surrounded by the the woods. It is very peaceful and homey. We loved the late night hot tub and it was perfect for us.
  : The only problem we had seemed to be that there were little centipedes on the floor around the cabin. Of course, a beautiful cabin in the woods might come with a little critter problem, as expected. Everything else was great!

  : It was quite there. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of activity. The contact folks were friendly and helpful. Although they could make some changes at the cabin that would improve a visitors stay tremendously!!
  : Where to begin with what we didn't like. Upon arrival, we were tired from a 12 hour drive and arrived at what we thought was our cabin. The code on the keypad didn't work. I called our contact, who chuckled and said, "Your probably at the wrong cabin. That happens all the time. It's the next one over." The drives are very poorly marked and you aren't able to see the signs very well. If it happens all the time, then please re-label the drive! We went to the next drive and were able to find and access our cabin. The floors were dirty! We didn't dare walk around without shoes on or our feet would be filthy, not to mention the centipedes that were all over the floor everyday! The king sized mattress in the loft was horrible! It was broken-down in the middle, way too soft and lumpy, and it was about 3 feet off the floor! We had to literally crawl into it. This was due to the fact that there was a box spring and 2 mattresses piled on top of each other. Neither one of us slept well the entire week. After 3 days there, we returned to our cabin and, once again, weren't able to get in. We called and were told we were probably at the wrong cabin. I let her know we had been here for 3 days. She told us to try waiting about 3 minutes and the lock should re-set and we should be fine. We did that. Still unable to get in. We tried waiting 10 minutes. Still nothing. Called back and had to wait a few minutes for a return call. A gentleman called and said we probably slammed the door and jarred one of the batteries out of place. Then why were 3 buttons working and the 4th one not? He then proceeded to "break in" to the cabin! (I won't tell how because I don't want to put that info out there!) But, trust me, it was way too easy! He then unlocked to door from the inside to let us in and then checked out the lock. It turns out one of the buttons stopped working! He then only changed the code, not the entire lock.

  : It was in the mountains
  : The property was not cleaned up until after check in time. I took pictures of insects and pubic hairs in the bath areas. It was not Corona Virus guaranteed. We left at 4:50 pm. The cleaning crew arrived after check in ( after we contacted the property cleaners) and they said that they were swamped and could not clean it in time. It was on July 5th, 2021. They refuse to refund our money. But, I do have time stamped pictures of a worm and p-hairs in bathrooms with dirty rags and used up TP rolls. No washer and dryer.

  : Rented this cabin for 2 nights. We arrived at location around 4:15 pm ready to check-in. Cabin was not cleaned. I called and let them know about the issue. They told me it would be taken care of ASAP. 3 hours later someone showed up only to pick up dirty linen and not actually clean and put clean linen on beds. Long story short. They offered another cabin about 15 minutes away but had to go back to the other location the next day. Waste of time. Horrible experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND
