  : The rooms were nice and the bed
  : The outside looked like trash, and the elevator was very slow. The pool outside was tiny. The water fall was drained and looked like there was construction going on with no one working on it. The other resorts and hotel on the same street looked much better and inviting.

  : •Small basketball court •Nice deck in the back overlooking the river•Had a few outdoor grills for the visitors to use •Even though this location is approximately a 10 minute walk to the parkway downtown, there is a trolley stop right outside the main entrance that helps get people around town and the trolley is free to use
  : Several things unfortunately!•No ice machines •No housekeeping •Very slow elevator in the building we were in•Paper thin walls. I'm not sure if the kids in the room next to us were louder than the Dad yelling at them•None of the rooms are the same. We had a toilet that sat crooked on the floor and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The other people we were with that were in a different room didn't have a door on their bathroom! •The outdoor pool was very small for the size of the complex. I feel motels need to start disclosing the size of their pools and hot tubs on hotel apps and their websites. To us, renting a room with a good size pool is important and also having a hot tub. This location's pool was packed with 5 adults and a few kids. There were literally like 12 lounge chairs that were taken all of the time. Again, when you have space for hundreds of people in the rooms you rent, this needs to be bigger. The hot tub only fits 2 adults comfortably in my opinion. If we would have now these amenities were on the small side, we would have not chosen to stay here. •The parking in the parking garage is super tight! Keep this in mind if you have anything larger than a minivan.•We booked a suite. What I feel we got was not that at all. This was just like any other room we stayed in and our room did not match the description on the website. For some reason, the app is saying this is a 4.0 review and I disagree! To be this is a 2.0 place to stay!

  : Mr. Jack the security officer was amazing. The front desk guy was not helpful at all seemed very chaotic at check in. Bears everywhere.

  : The location.
  : 3 pools and not one was functional. One completely closed down, the other falling apart the third milky white. For the price I could have stayed in a nicer facility with functional pools. I chose there as I had stayed there before and it was nice.

  : Location was close to town. Trolley service nearby to access town.
  : Property had no pool. Room was very plain. Beds were small. Double bed, not queens. Absolutely no amenities. Most of the property was unused and looked like it was being used as storage. Ultimately, just not what we thought it was going to look like.

  : We hardly ever had hot water for showers and they checked us in over an hour after check in time! It caused us to be late for a family dinner.
