  : Very close to the main strip of Gatlinburg. Everything done through a Yale lock so its simple for access. Hot tub was wonderful at night. And had enough to keep the kids occupied.
  : Location is off the road so your back deck faces a road which isn't ideal. There are still trees there though so some seperation. Showers were a little crazy. Turn into the property is tricky.

  : Property had an app I installed on my phone. All information needed was provided in app. Key less entry worked great. Check out was breeze.
  : Cabin was the first in the Mountain Shadows community of cabins. You could hear all vehicles coming up/down the hill. The next cabin was located above us on a hill. While the view was obstructed, sound was not.

  : Enjoyed the comfortable bed in the master's & the swing on the front porch. Wished the hot tub was clean so we could of enjoyed 1 of the perks we really wanted to enjoy.
  : With the dirt floating on top & dirt sitting on the bottom of the hot tub’s water we was not able to use the hot tub that was one of the main reasons we rented the cabin.

  : I love the location of the cabin. I like that the cabin was easy to get to. The cabin was very cute inside. The beds were super comfortable, fit a family of 5 perfectly.
  : I did not like that the cabin did not have a lock on the door besides the keyless entry. Not knowing who is around us, I would have felt more comfortable with a deadbolt that we could’ve locked from the inside. I did not like that the hot tub was dirty. Bottle caps were left on the sides along with dirt in the bottom of it. I also did not like that the closet in the master was so full of Christmas stuff we had no where to put our clothes that need to be hung. I also did not like that I was charged a higher rate then what bookings final price. My final bill with bookings was 307$ but the property changed me 394.63$. Not a fan of prices being that far off. I’m waiting to see in the property will be giving me a refund since they changed me a cover charge for accidental damages.
