  : There was spider web in the master bedroom. The control was not working and there was no hot water either . Also in the bedroom downstairs the tv control was not working.

  : Fairly close to entertainment. Achieved our goal of seeing bears on the property with in 20 feet.
  : Dirty; didn't smell clean some sheets were dirty. TV was on in downstairs bedroom. Totally unreasonable rule of not being able to move furniture so we could see TV. Older than photos lead you to believe. First phone call was about not being able to get in. When I called it ended up being a call center. Very unprofessional. I did receive a call back about 30 minutes later from an actual representative who helped and was professional.

  : It was a beautiful area, chalet was nice and decorated well for the area.- bear theme was fun. Enjoyed the remoteness. Loved seeing bear closely and in natural habitat.
  : The chalet lighting was too dim- difficult to read or play a game. It wasn’t very clean. Floors were very dirty! Kitchen had sticky areas on the drawers sand counters. Linens messy and made you wonder how clean they were. A pile of linens in laundry area that was waded up- were they clean and not folded or were they dirty? Blinds in the sun porch did not go up so unable to view the outdoor view. Vertical blinds also missing multiple panels.

  : I loved the location and everything thing about it except for the things that needed to be repaired. It was a very beautiful place and it was very quiet. I'd come back again.
  : Just little things bothered me. Could've been just me. The door knob to the bedroom upstairs was shaking so the bedroom door wouldn't shut. The bathroom door upstairs didn't shut at all. The knob to turn the shower in came off completely. The base in the kitchen faucet wasn't secure; it wouldn't spin if you barely touched it. Also the comforter for the king bed upstairs had what looked like old blood stains on the under side of it.

  : We cooked our own breakfast. We didn’t really get much details or help till the 4th day and we went ahead and left early. We checked out 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon.
  : We had stains on our bed comforter ! We had to change the pillow cases because there was hair on them. We also had an air conditioner leak and repair guys had to come and take out 10 gallons of water out of the wall.

  : The “living area” was nice and had WiFi and tv access.
  : The name of the property listed on ALL correspondence as well as sites advertising it are NOWHERE indicated when actually trying to locate the property. It is located at a site with a sign “Edelweiss” and the address printed on it and is partially hidden by a set of stairs. Particularly difficult to locate at night in the rain as there are NO street lights or parking lights at all. Once located after two and one/half hours of driving up and down the SAME very winding mountain road and at least nine verified phone calls with managers, the porch lights on the balcony leading to the chalet were not working and birds had built a nest directly over the door and we received a hand full! The code and key lock were VERY difficult to operate. No hot water for third person showering.

  : Everything was fine. The location was great. Will re-visit when pool and other amenities are open. Great stay.
  : Everything was fine, there were some ants in lower bathroom. A little confusion on tv packages and remotes.
