  : They charged my credit card before we even arrived. The woman at the front desk wouldn't allow us to pay with cash when we got there because they had already charged my card. Tried telling me that was how all reservations work even though we had clearly picked pay at the property when we booked. Seemed really shady practice. Very disappointed in booking for allowing this to happen as well. The sheets were full of burn holes and the beds were very uncomfortable. Asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves. Very disappointing stay.

  : After viewing the exterior of the motel, since we booked online it caused us great concern. The lobby was in the mid 90's temperature wise. The owner accused us of being prejudice after we asked if we could please see the room. (She was from India). I endeavored to share with her that I've had the honor of going to India and we support India. She didn't hear a word. I wouldn't stayed there even if I couldn't get a refund. We were refunded!
