  : This Old Town Apartments Apartinfo is 100% dangerous and Cheating apartment. They charge us for many things. For one broke glass they charge from our credit 400 PLN, which is 95e! For one drinking glass 95e. I dont recommend for anyvody. Becareful people of booking Old Town Apartments Apartinfo. There was many trouble and cheating things in this service. People dont take it!

  : Felt very dirty, there were no comforter, only blankets, and the beds didn’t have any proper covers. We were three people and only got two towels, never got an answer when we tried to contact the staff about it.

  : Of course it’s nice to live in a convenient location with a clearprice per room and enjoy the wonderful city. Just not in this case,because you have to prepare for additional costs, and at least 50% ofthe total cost: for cleaning (no one cleaned for 3 days) for eveningarrival ... and empty promises of transfer from the airport ...And also for tactless attitude with a taste of deception to customerrequests. Do not try to agree on an extension time upon departure,because a firm agreement does not mean anything: for a couple of hoursagreed with the "receptionist" - you will be charged for all additionaldays! Outrageous!

  : The living room carpet was not very clean, it was covered with hairs. The bathroom light was faulty & the socket in the living room at the window didn’t work.

  : I’m still shocked of how dirty it was. Used towels on the floor in the bathroom, toilet not flushed, bed covers dirty with spots. It was as if they did not clean the apartment from last guests… The interior design of the apartment was good so applaud for whoever designed it. But I do not recommend this to anyone. I had to clean the apartment my self… vacuum and I even had to go buy my own towels even tho I called them and offered to go and collect everything, new towels…bedsheets but they would absolutely not help with anything. Worst service Ive experienced in my entire traveling life.
  : Stay away this place, they have many different apartments but it’s always 50/50 you end up with a bad or a good experience according to the reviews. I’ve read the other reviews and unfortunately my stay is for sure the worst experience I’ve had with any place…

  : The location was perfect once we’ve got the correct apartment.
  : First of all there was no info about what entrance to use to the apartment so we tried to get in and to get help for a long time. When we got in there were only 4 beds to 5 people and when we finally got in hold of them after calling them 10 times we had to walk back to the reception to change the keys. When we got the new apartment the location was awesome but it wasn’t clean and when we showered the whole apartment over flooded with water. They send a guy to fix it but only with some cleaning powder. We had the possibility to change apartment again but we already lost 4 hours of the few we had in Gdansk so we didn’t want to spend more time at this. We were compensated with the cleaning fee of almost 30% of the price (if they do as promised). Wouldn’t recommend it even though the location was perfect in old town.
