A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Issue of keys will be carried out by a key safe. Access codes to the key safe will be communicated to the guest after the payment has been made.

Only guests staying in Das Altenteil 1 can use the fitness centre.

Please note that pets are welcome at the accommodation. However pets are not recommended in 2 of the apartments as access is via stairs.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 8 EUR per pet, per night applies or 40 EUR per pet, per stay with Max. 2 Pets allow.
