  : Staff is a lady and she is kind to me.Even she asked the cleaning lady to help me to to bring the suitcase downstairs. Room is OK for 1-2 days.
  : Stairs: They are 5-7stairs from gate to entrance.No lift to 1/F (they are one to 2/F which is for residential. ) ,so needed to take a suitcase with more than 20 stairs.If I knew there's stairs.....I would not stay there......

  : Comfortable rooms. Clean and tidy. One of the cheapest option. It's a good value for money. Polite and charismatic receptionist.
  : No Wi-Fi network available at all. It simply doesn't work! Another problem is they claim while booking that vaccination or PCR are needed to check-in. Actually, they don't require them. However, this information put me under a lot of stress.Call the number +39 010 367826 when you reach the gates. You can't come in until the receptionist let you in.

  : Just good for value.
  : I was shocked that i am not informed that they have a Mercato and a Bazar every Monday and Thursday. I was parking my car infront of the hotel and suddenly wake up and I couldnt find my car as police took it off!I paid fine 135 euros because of this. I am really disappointed that the receptionist didnt tell me not to park on mondays and Thursdays.Bad location, definitely will not come back again.

  : Good location, friendly people, close to taxi station and train station. In a nice street with nice buildings. Rooms are ok, old stile but they meet the necessities.

  : The location is very good, around 30 minutes on foot to the beach and city center. Towels were changed every day.
  : The room really lacks cups, kettle, tea/coffee, hangers for towels. I hope it will be changed. Felt like the floor was not cleaned.

  : Very good location - in a quiet area, very close to bus stop, bazaar, bakeries and cafes, and most importantly - 15 minutes walk from the railway station and flixbus parking. Very pleasant, polite, attentive and caring staff. When settling in, we forgot our suitcase in the front door below (we were just tired, it didnt happen on purpose). The manager brought our suitcase, despite the fact that she had to lift it up the stairs. We are very grateful to her for this and we apologize for the fact that she had to do this. The room is small but very clean. Cleaning was done daily. Bed, bathroom in good condition. Soap, towels and shampoo in sufficient quantity. The refrigerator is small but functional.
  : The windows overlooked the courtyard-well, which deprived of daylight, but for us it was not critical. It would also be nice to have a couple of cups and a kettle in the room, if possible. In general, these comments are absolutely not critical.
