  : We appreciated having a washing machine and a kitchen (although we would have appreciated some spices, not just salt. Other apartments we have booked provided much more than just salt). Were it not for the free metro transportation, I think our vacation would have been for naught.
  : Upon our arrival we were kept waiting out on the street with our luggage for an hour after the established time. We did not feel the cleaning of the apartment was worth 80 euro. 20 euro for the bedsheets (because otherwise you receive none) and towels that smell like pungent vinegar was a complete disappointment. We felt we got no value out of this separate payment. With no way to open bedroom windows and get fresh air, it was dark all day and the apartment felt damp. The bed from the bedroom creaked terribly loud at the slightest movement, we could not get much sleep. The neighbourhood constantly smells like trash and dog/human urine. We also saw dr*gged people on different instances. Would not book again.
