  : I didn't like anything about my stay because it was dirty. The staff was unfriendly. The place was dirty and the t v did not work, And they acted like it was my problem

  : I didn't like that. I reserved my room at like ten o'clock in the morning online and i ordered a king size bed got there andthey only had two double beds but that not a problem.... Problem is the tv didnt work they would not I Fix it...made me kinda feel like it was my problem... Checked one other room and the t v didn't work Either. Ended up in the first room. I had to change my own bed sheets.. afteri was assured the bed was made but not completed and it was dirty!!!!! There was hair, dirt, blood on it...And under the pillow was a lighter!!!! I normally receive exceptional Service. But this time was completely crazy I end up having To buy a roku to hook to the TV to watch. So another 26.00 on top the 90 i spent.So I paid over a hundred dollars for a room that was dirty with a broken t v wonderful way to relax in the evening. Didn't want to switch my rooms because I had 2 service Dogs didn't want the room to be dirty because of the dogs which my dogs are very well mannered and trained... I just cannot believe the service I received..

  : The bed was very comfortable. The person working there was helpful and friendly.
  : Bathroom! Hair filled bath drain. No plug for drain Sink with hard deposits and deep fissures throughout. Bathroom flooring cracked. Flies and what looked like a small cockroach on the floor.

  : The facility was dirty. The floors were not mopped . The sheets were dirty . There was hair in the bathtub. Blood on the window seal .

  : Keys kept deactivating not enough towels and the GFI plug in room 119 needs replaced. Room 217 needed a remote for TV and when I went to office it was closed so had to wait till next day for a remote.
