  : The owners were very friendly and helpful. Due to the location the hotel was very peaceful and quiet at nighttime.
  : There was no shampoo or body washing gels in the shower. The towels were not changed during our stay although they were placed on the floor as advised.

  : We had breakfast 3 times it was very nice and a good selection. Views were stunning
  : The fact when we booked this hotel Booking.com stated it was 1.6miles from Zell am Ziller town when however this is not true as we were 8km up in the mountains away from shops ski hire etc. This made our holiday difficult and expensive as it cost us 30-35 Euros each time we wanted to go into town which we needed to do with being self catering and needed food hire skis etc. This made the holiday hard work . My father is 73years old and really struggled with the stress of getting up and down the mountain carrying skis and affecting us both financially . The last ski bus was just after 4pm so when we wanted to have a meal or spend time viewing the town we had no alternative but to pay for a taxi to get back. We were so high up in the mountains which although was beautiful your site is misleading and should of stated the correct distance from civilisation or state that hiring a car is recommended . We didn't have our driving license with us or would of chose to do this to make the holiday easier to get around. This is not a critics to the hotel we loved staying there it is how Booking.com have sold this holiday that is wrong.
