A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The credit card used to reserve the accommodation will be requested upon arrival. The name on the credit card and the name on the reservation must be the same.

Please note that the breakfast has to be requested in advance.

For stays of 1 to 7 nights, housekeeping is available at an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included in the price. Housekeeping includes changing the bed linen and towels.

Please note that the seasonal outdoor pool is only open during the summertime.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes non-refundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.
