  : A nicely designed hotel. I was offered the quiet room I requested on the top floor at the back of the hotel. Breakfast on the terrace. No official car park, but I was offered the chance of parking along the back of the hotel. In the end I had to use my car in the evening and parked in the public car park, where you need a blue disc.
  : I was woken at 4.00 am by a noise from the back of the hotel, which repeated every half hour. I think it was the barrier to the residents' car park, although I'm not sure if anyone was actually working it. I had to insert earplugs to get back to sleep. I tried calling two taxi companies in Gex, but neither was interested in taking me a short distance to another address in Gex.
