  : Location was nice along the river and a 20 minute walk into city centre and public transport.
  : 1. Staircase to the room is very narrow and steep with no lift making getting bags up hard. Also loft to bedroom with no rail felt really unsafe and uncomfortable to get up to our bed.2. Shower was barely useable. It leaked water and the head couldnt be put into its holder as it couldnt be rotated and only sprayed water out through the curtain.3. Drained gurgled waking you up in the morning when other people used them.The shower also didnt drain properly at all also flooding bathroom.4. Check-out involved having to strip bed and take rubbish to main bin down the stairs. Not sure why we pay a cleaning service and so much for the apartment when I also need to make and strip my own bed.5. Photos look a lot nicer than what it actually is. The balcony is covered in moss and needs a good clean. No where to hang wet towels anywhere either.

  : Very small. Not much h space to cook.u comfortable folding chairs. Didn't like the loft ladder.

  : The location was out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the train station and the old town to walk to each. Also near grocery stores. Kitchenette was well stocked and very useful to stay. We were grateful for a locker to store our bags before checking in and the staff was very helpful in aiding us in obtaining a locker. The check in process was easy and well explained.
  : The residents during our stay were very noisy all through the night. The wooden stairs without noise dampening carpeting exacerbated the noise. The bed was very uncomfortable with a duvet that was too heavy. The shower and sink were small and awkward.

  : The room was clean, and looked fairly neat. The bed was comfortable and adequate, as was the shower.
  : The description mentioned an oven, in the case of our room this was only a microwave. Not a big hassle, but we had bought two oven pizza's who were now in fact useless and we had to throw them out. The freezer part of the refrigerator could not be opened without removing a couple of trays from the door. The couch was a little bit disappointing, not a place to sit down and relax after a long day of walking through the city. We were boxed in by a soccer team and a group of students, who kept us up at all hours of the night. Such is life, but I can imagine an older couple being pretty disappointed by this. There was no management on site to tell them to quiet down.

  : Flexibility regarding luggage (left it after check-out).
  : There were issues with water but this was explained since there was a leak that needed fixing in the building. However, upon arrival, there was nobody at reception and nobody answered the phone (inc. the emergencies option). Afterwards there was good communication by email/app. The lack of a lift for the upper floors is a bit of an issue. Also, the room is very hot if the Sun is out despite an external temperature which was still cold for a month of May.
