  : Old building in the heart of the city, i didn't mind the labyrinth of old and random metal stairs but for someone with mobility difficulties is indeed a bit harsh.The room had a very bad moldy smell and after contacting management it was kindly changed. 10 points for the employee effort.
  : Even though the room was changed i still could feel the wet wood bad smell in the new one.My sheets were full of holes and with old blood stains.The cleanliness of the room was quite poor.

  : Fantastic Bed and pillows The location of the property is far enough that you don't get all the noise, but close enough that you can walk to downtown The WC has a bidet! Everything is just with a code
  : Checkout is at 10am, given the check-in is at 3pm, this is just ridiculous, checkout should be at least at 11 like any other place, just this knocks them off a point in the final score. The walls are paper thin, you will hear all the neighbors. The shower is in the living room, literally. The person sleeping on the far side of the bed will have a very tough time getting out to the bathroom. Stairs, lots of stairs, even inside the room, stairs. Mosquitoes everywhere, no AC, so good luck with that. A little expensive for what it's offered.

  : Got bitten by bedbugs during the two-night stay. Should have looked at previous reviews at bookig/trip advisor more thoroughly, as you may find similar reports among other guests.

  : Our holiday was completely ruined just because of one night in this hotel. Initially it was a strange smell as soon as we entered the room and its a pity that we didnt pay attention to it right away. Because at night when we woke up and felt something was wrong, we saw that the whole bed and room were full of bedbugs. There was blood from the bites, a lot of stress and an absolutely sleepless night. And now one of us suffers from severe allergy due to bites, which leads to even greater expenses. I'm still waiting for my refund, which still hasn't happened after a week.

  : Very small room, I paid the city tax in cash but did not receive a receipt although I send them an email, it is expensive given the offered services

  : Staff was helpful, the necessities were there, the object and location are nice in general.
  : This place is bed-bug infested! Avoid it! Our colleague from another room got bitten severely. As for our room (two level apt at the highest floor) it looked okay at first, but actually it is quite dirty everywhere. I got a few small bites and Im still not sure wheather its from bed bugs or not. There were also issues with opening the door to our room.

  : I like the old restored historical house vibe it had. The rooms are okay, are actual big and with good quality decor. Lots of rooms are being restored and the buildings seems once had nice wall paints. Whether these are original, I do not know as no information was provided. Might had been nice if information on the building history was provided. Overall, it is safe hotel with cameras everywhere and the area around the hotel looks safe.
  : The bed was full of bed bugs, got bitten a few times and the hotel although looks nice requires more dedicated staff for room cleaning on a regular basis. Breakfast room was always empty in the morning, very strange.

  : The hotel account in Booking was hacked. Some days before my arrival I received a message through the Booking app, supposedly from the hotel (not a personal mail or an SMS, but a message through the Booking app!) telling me that there were some problems with my credit card. It was a scam and I lost a lot of money because of a SECURITY BREACH IN THE HOTEL ACCOUNT THROUGH BOOKING. I think this is unacceptable and both the hotel and Booking must take serious action, including of course giving me my money back. For future customers: be very aware of this kind of scam through the Booking app.
