  : The location was good, nice scenery. Tennis court and football court available (we didn't use though).
  : Room wasn't as clean as I would like, ceiling and walls were dirty, there was a bad smell in the room (I think from the carpet) so it smelled like dirty socks in the room occasionally. The shower was also broken, both the door and the shower head holder... This should be fixed ASAP as its very inconvenient when trying to have a shower. The masseuse was not available, which was very disappointing as this is something my group of 4 was looking forward to.

  : Beds were very comfortable but only we hen the cleaning ladies didnt scream to each other.
  : First of all, the lunch and dinner are not offered because apparently you need to let them know that you will eat so they buy and make food...this was very disappointing since no where on the website it said so. The second lake restaurant was also closed and offered coffee........As well, bike rentals unavailable because the bikes havent been serviced, no boat rent out just because the boss man said no, no spa because they dont offer it anymore (website is clearly not updated if all of these activities were unavailable) Received only 1 big towel and one small for a stay of 3 night and received attitude from the reception lady when we asked for another set. Called the receptionist to ask for toilet paper because the room only included one roll for the stay and was told that they dont bring anything to the room that I need to come down. Day of the leave cleaning ladies were banging and shouting to each other in the hall way before and after I asked to be a little quiet because we were sleeping. 7 am may I add. Not coming here again. Everyone has attitude.
