  : We really liked the location as it is very close to our daughter. It has lots of restaurants and Walmart right across the street. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Staff were really nice.
  : The only thing I didn’t like is that we had to ask for a broom to clean our room, when we went to the front desk to ask for extra toilet paper, they would only give us one roll at a time( except for the manager of the location; she was great). If you needed a plunger you also had to ask the front desk. I understand that it’s an extended stay and I guess it’s normal to clean your own room, change our own sheets and things but I guess what I’m saying is, that if they want us to do that then they should have the stuff in our rooms so we can. We shouldn’t have to ask the front desk for a broom or plunger. They should be in each room already. We stayed for 2 weeks and our room was supposed to be cleaned once while we were there. However, we were late getting around and when the housekeeper came we asked if she could come back as we were almost done getting ready and wanted to be out of her way. When we came back after being gone till late we noticed our room was never cleaned. My husband and I went to Walmart and bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned our room ourselves from that point on. I am a cleaner myself for an Ivy League College and know it can be a pain adjusting your schedule but it’s not hard.

  : The staff was nice but that’s about it.
  : There was no tub, there was hair on the towels and back of sinks. The outlet plugs on the lamps are very rusted and hair between the blanket and sheets so you can tell they don’t clean the rooms very well. Also the rooms are very small for the price. All that fits is a chair and a full bed with no walking room.

  : Elevator was out if service. Dirty hallways, stairway was smelly and dirty. Room was not cleaned dirt on floors , sink in bathroom was clogged.

  : The breakfast wasn't what it was 3 years agoNo pool said there was a spa but there wasn'tGym had 2 pieces of equipment not much of a gym. Kinda noisy at night and early in the morning

  : The location was the draw as we were visiting family in Riverview. The room was large (handicap room) and had a kitchenette.
  : The front desk clerk explained that they have lots of guest theft so there are no utensils, plates or glasses in the room. We had broken glass on the floor of our room. There is no housekeeping during the stay. Breakfast was cereal or oatmeal.
