  : The grounds & rooms were clean & nice
  : The parking lot was too dark & the door on the backside of the building we stayed in was unsecured. The key entry was broken so your maintenance staff had it taped so guest could come in & out. Thats a big issue with safety!

  : Parking was terrible and Im a weird spot. The whole complex is confusing to get around if you havent been to the area. Elevator situation was terrible. Nothing really here is anything you cant get anywhere else but with easier access to your room

  : The property has a large green space and is very scenic. It is close the highway and shopping. It has an old charm to it and is in a very quiet area. The front desk and cleaning staff were amazing and the beds were very comfortable.
  : Property Is dated. Each building is separate and the registration office and restaurant were in a different building. No microwave in the room.

  : The Tavern restaurant was the best positive of the whole place. Great food, excellent and friendly wait staff.
  : There isnt anything easy about it, I was told there were two entrances to the hotel building, I think there were actually five. I got totally lost when I came out of the tunnels as there were no placards to help people out. For all the $$ paid it didnt include breakfast and they took down the coffee service when the actual breakfast restaurant closed. All four of my pillows were just giant lumps.I asked for them to mail my stamped postcards and was told that they have no outbound mail service even though there was an Amazon box sitting in the library. I was actually surprised at how little they helped all the older people that I saw staying thereone lady needed help with all her luggage, employees just sat there while she struggled.When I was checking out I informed them that the ice machine wasnt working at all on my floor, they just blamed it on it being a busy weekend. It seems they cater to weddings and conventions but ignore the average guest.
