: The room was large, clean and comfortable with very comfortable bed.
: The patio outside one of the bedrooms had no privacy. Other than the inside of the bedrooms the hotel felt a bit tired, run down and over grown. The breakfast was poor. Also you had to specify the time you wanted breakfast the day before. Despite doing this there was no table ready for us when we arrived. The hotel could also offer no early ‘take away’ breakfast on the day we had to leave. It felt like it was all a bit too much trouble when we asked reception. Also they gave us a completely unrealistic time that it would take to get to the airport. Fortunately we left double what they suggested. If we hadn’t we’d have missed our flight. The wine tasting offered in the early evening was very poor compared to other places we have stayed.

: Quiet! Very pleasant staff. Close proximity to a multitude of wineries. Wonderful breakfasts. Ample parking. Wine tasting each evening. And again, wonderful staff!
: Hmmm. Maybe the jasmine. Not my favorite scent and overwhelming at times.

: Pools and grounds were great and not over-crowded. Wine hour in the courtyard was very nice. The staff was very professional and provided good guidance on dining options.
: The floor in my room was concrete... seemed a bit dangerous with wet feet from the shower. There was no tub. The breakfast was just ok... I'd have expected a bit more from such a place. Getting out onto the highway (which can also be a bit noisy) is a bit challenging. Hot tub had a lot of bugs floating in it.

: Omelet was so fluffy and good. Service perfection
: No cushions on the patio because there was a chance of rain.

: Sparkling wine on arrival was nice.
: I had a 110-minute massage booked 1with the onsite spa on the day I checked out at 10 AM. (Finishing at 12 PM.). I asked the Yasmine at the front desk for a late check out. She told me I could have 30 minutes (until 1130). After I reiterated the situation (massage until 12 PM), she said I would need to check out no later than noon. Well that didn’t work either! I spent over $420 for the massage and I think the property staff were rudely unaccommodating. The property was virtually empty so it’s not like they needed the room. I will not return.

: Comfortable and great proximity to Glen Ellen, Kenwood, and multiple wineries. Convenient and available EV charging. Cookies, breakfast, and wine/cheese each evening. Excellent warming pool!
: Only drawback was a little close to the road with fair noise when windows open.
