  : Chariot Inn was very close to a lot of food places, including several chains (In-N-Out, BK, McDo, Taco Bell, Starbucks). The nearest grocery store was a 5 minute drive away, a gas station is on the opposite side of the street, and there's even a Porto's about 10 - 15 min away by car. Very convenient!To top it off, the place has a secluded yet spacious parking lot, and the management keeps a close eye on cars that come in. I had a friend drop by for a visit and they already knew the color of their car when I came up the front desk to inform them that they're just gonna be there for an hour, max. The rooms had clean carpets (I could tell because I did a 40-min workout on the morning I checked out that involved push-ups and moving planks). The bed was really comfortable. They had a microwave AND a refrigerator, plus a work desk and a small table. Everything was great!Most importantly, this motel has late checkout fees! I selected Chariot Inn over others mainly because they had an hourly rate of $30 (this might have increased by the time you read this). While steep, it is better than other places which would just charge you for a full day if you overstay by merely an hour or two.I must also mention that I stayed in a sketchy Motel 6 in Omaha, NE a few weeks ago (as of this writing), and I originally had a reservation in a LAX hotel two days before my stay at Chariot (which I had to cancel for medical reasons). There were sketchy-looking people loitering around the hotel corridors in the former, while the reviews for the latter indicated the same. I did NOT have this experience at Chariot!In short:- good price- great location- spacious parking lot- great room amenities- clean rooms- exudes an ambiance of safety & professionalism- allows late checkouts with hourly rateI will be staying here the next time I'm in LA!
  : The room wasn't all that perfect. The bathroom isn't properly spaced, as the door cannot swing the whole way. It will hit the toilet seat about 60% of the way in. The solution to this is to move the toilet seat back a few inches, and there is some space behind the toilet that will allow for this. Bad craftsmanship! I hope it's only in the room I stayed in (Room 111), but knowing how things go, usually it is more expensive to fix things after everything's been built. However, this is the only complaint I had for my stay. It is ultimately a minor thing and shouldn't detract you from staying here.

  : The room's old furniture, as well as the insulation of the doors, as the sounds of cars can be heard while sitting in the place. There is a strange and unpleasant smell in the rooms, which makes us leave in the morning, and the property must be rehabilitated. also its motel not hotel and the value of money for one night too much .
