  : conveniently located close to my residence.
  : at 9 PM, room 217 was over 100° when I walked in. Turned on the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, went to go to bed. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows had no substance to them. The short period of time that I was in the room the air conditioning kept on, going on and off. After three hours of trying to fall asleep, I finally went to the front desk to ask if I could have room 106 which I’ve stayed there before. and when I mentioned about another room, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and said I better not have caused any problems to that room that I was in. When I got into room 106 was still hot at midnight, and the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on. At that time, I went to the front desk let the gentleman know that I did not touch anything in the room at all, except for the air conditioning, trying to get it to work, I ended up leaving. The time was shortly after midnight. There was a number to call to complain I called spoke to somebody and I never heard back from their supervisor.(Update) 4/27/24 As I mentioned check-inn window had a sign about complaints or concerns. Nina was the contact the number to call was 323-452-1542. After not hearing back from anyone I did leave this review along with a 1-star review on Yelp. Via a reply to my text Nina stated that I was there for 6 hours and that the beds were changed out a year ago ( Maybe they should have left the old beds because they were much better) the 6 hours she indicated was an absolute lie. I told her to go back and watch the video footage of when I arrived and when I left.

  : No amenities but most important no standard items were provided. There were no hand towels, no Kleenex, no hangars, no clock, and only 1 towel and 1 pillow for 2 people
