  : Very good staff and meals, in a convenient spot to visit the City. The park and gardens were pleasant and close by.
  : Only found out about the Kareoke evening after we'd paid for a non-refundable room. Whilst the hotel informed us and offered a quiet room, which we requested, it wasn't with the obviously well liked music resounding until midnight. Also car parking is an open public pay car park, although not excessive pricing.

  : Nothing. First time I came in room was on main street I had a long day at work the next day and they put on the room in the main street and had to listen to drunks all night and didn't get any sleep.
  : Last time no sleep due to being on main street facing room so was very tired next day at work. This time receptionist very rude and grimacing at me. When I asked for a queit room told me this is your number. Then insisted on me giving out personal and sensitive information such as the long card number the cvc and the expiry date of card. When I refused to give this I was told it is hotel policy. The card was already checked via booking so don't know why this is hotel policy to check again. Someone stole my details in the past ie a reception staff member in another hotel. I will never book here again and recommend people to strongly avoid if you want to get a goodnight sleep.
