  : We were unable to get a first floor room and it was very difficult for us to get our luggage up the stairs. Wish the breakfast started a little earlier.

  : location was close to the beach and town. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great!
  : Our room was close to the road, so it was loud. But they have other rooms that are farther away. We were fine. It was a holiday weekend, so they were booked!

  : The location is great. It is very close to a grocery store and pharmacy (you could walk to it). Good Harbour Beach is nearby. Restaurants are within minutes. Continental Breakfast served our needs (coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, cold cereal, pastries, juice). Grounds are well kept. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. We went to Good Harbour Beach (right down the road) two times. We did not need to purchase tickets since the gate was open after three. There is a nice, clean swimming pool and pleasant seating on the grounds.
  : Our room was closest to the road and we could hear the traffic. It wasn't terrible, but was audible. There were no hand rails to grip while getting into the tub/shower. It would be helpful for older people or others who need to steady themselves while stepping over the edge. (Be aware that out-of-towners do need to purchase tickets in advance to go to the nearby beaches. This is a local policy and has nothing to do with the hotel. You can try going after 3PM without a ticket. It worked for us.)

  : We were told we had a cottage, then were placed in a tiny room with a tiny fridge and no microwave. No hangers in the closet and the room smelled musty. Had to leave after 1 night due to an emergency and requested a refund on the remaining nights. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and will never go back. A terrible experience!!!

  : It was very clean. The entire property was very well maintained. It felt very quaint and not commercial. There was a lot of attention to detail. The staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Our porch had a view of the ocean which was a pleasant surprise.
  : The shower fixtures were a little tricky at first but eventually worked fine.
