WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2019 until Thu 30 Apr 2020
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The service charge includes:
- Insurance policy for rental damages
- Cleaning fee charged per stay

After booking, StayInBnB will email guest to collect additional information and rental agreement signature. This must be provided within 3 days of booking. If you do not receive this email or have any questions, please contact the property directly.

In case of cancellation, the property may be able to furnish a partial refund. Contact the property for details.

This self-catered property does not feature a front desk. Staff are available on site, but room access is granted by key code on a lock box.

Guests arriving outside of regular check-in/out times must ring property doorbell for access.

Please note that the exterior of the premises is monitored by video surveillance.

The game room area (and associated 2 extra rooms that are used for the 4 bedroom rental option) may be accessed/used by us and our personal guests during your stay, which we use sparingly. There is a door to that area that you can lock to ensure your privacy.
