  : The property was amazing, our room was superb and the staff very friendly !
  : The only issue was the WiFi. The only place the WiFi worked was next to the reception desk and definitely not in our room.

  : Gorgeous grounds: so serene and beautiful. Nice staff. Lovely pool area (heated, but too chilly for us on a cloudy spring day).
  : Room was cold in late May, and no way to heat room. Pillows were lumpy and thin. Next to laundering area, so heard machines running/staff chatting.

  : 1. Location. It is on the main road to Gordes and you can hear the road 24/7. Especially at night the sound of motorbikes and cars was very loud. 2. Wifi To locate it you have to find the spot. Our was in the toilet and even there it was not good. We straggled to find wifi in common areas. It is almost non existing. 3. Interior design. Bar was very depressing and you can not see anyone stopping there to have a drink. It is a 3 star hotel not 4. I am surprised that it was granted to have 4 stars. Interior design lucks any French charms. The rooms styled like a simple motel room that can be found anywhere in the world on the side of the noisy road. 4. Breakfast. Poor quality. 5. Manager was not helpful and gave us misleading information about our staying. As a result we had to pay €550 extra to check out from this hotel.

  : The grounds were lovely. The staff was friendly enough but not very present. Breakfast was excellent but could have used a some variety over the course of 3 days.
  : We were not given the room we reserved. The hotel admitted they made a mistake but did nothing to rectify it or compensate us for it. A hotel shuttle back and forth to the city of Gordes would have been helpful.

  : They helped us alot to make reservation to restaurants.during the weekend where they were all fully booked.The bar was open 24/7 , it was great.Best breakfast in Provence.
  : The price is alittle bit high comparing to other accomadations in the area.

  : The property and facilities are very nice.
  : The property is a 20 minute walk on a windy, no lights, busy road. The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner. We arrived around 7:30PM and asked the property manager if they could help us make dinner reservations and he said he would make a couple calls. After a few minutes he told us there was no availability until Sunday. Keep in mind, it was Wednesday night and we were scheduled to leave Friday morning. When we got to our room the internet kept dropping and there was not air conditioning. In the morning we drove into Gordes, which is stunningly beautiful. Given the situation with the hotel we decided to check out Thursday morning and drive down to Marseille.
