Angel Cave Suite

Wonderful

: Beautiful room and balcony with a tub just inside. Very quiet and its not a cave but its very peaceful. You can see rock formations. They are very close down the street. We had a car and the narrow street from the town square up to the hotel was sometimes dicey. Its maybe 100 yards up to the hotel. If another car is coming down as you go up, one car will need to back up a bit in most cases.
: This is the only big issue we had but they do need to fix this. It shows up as Angel Cave Suites on Booking dot com and other places. But we arrived around 9:00 at night and the Cave Suites is an older hotel nearby that they own but is shut down and dark. The current hotel is Angel View Suites which is maybe a five minute walk away, but we had no way of knowing that. We inquired at a nearby hotel and they called the owners and it was cleared up. Needs to be revised on all booking sites. Anyone coming in on their own with a car would generally not know this.

Light is not working, heater is not on. Sunlight is direct in the room no privacy. Curtain is too small to cover.window We are travelling with my 2 year old baby no other option. Dont go and stay here Please and tell all your friends and family too.

: Well located to the main area of Goreme.
: The property just felt like it needed some more love and attention. The room booked only had 1 small very high window which couldnt be shut so it limited sunlight, but also meant I found a cat under my bed one night when returning home. That can be seen in the photos when booking but it is far darker than expected and should be taken into account when booking this room. The smoke alarm was missing in the room and the WiFi was really poor, and didnt work for a long period. While it might be reflective of the general environment of the whole area, the room also felt like it needed a clean of dust on floors and in furniture.

: Wow. It was so good. The receptionist was so kind. He let me play with his cat. It was a great experience. Because who hangs in a cave? Anyways, keep up the good work Angel caves suite!!
: There was a weird and bad smell whenever we entered the room. And that's all. One more, hotel room was very small.

: Great location, surrounded by magnificent caves. spacious room (delux). the staff at reception was very friendly and helped with excursions, travel tips, and booking e.g. spa.
: Facility requires a bit renovation and cleaning. Our room was not cleaned for 3 nights, not even collection of scrap. from the other side - we didnt ask. Maybe they would have done it if we asked.. The breakfast was a bit simple - but the view from the restaurant compensated the content.

  : The view.
: The room was not what we expected at all. A lot of the amenities advertised were not available in the room or on site. There was no television in the room. The shower was spraying all over, and we had to use the handset. There is no safe in the room. Daily housekeeping was also listed, but our room was not cleaned once during our stay. Nor did they give as clean cups for coffee, and we had to wash our own cups. We will definitely not be booking at this hotel again.

: We like the deco of the room. It was comfy and well designed. The hotel is quiet because its not right at the center of town, but its a very short walk away from everything. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. You could see a few lonely hot balloons from the balcony of the room.
: The breakfast was a small buffet, and the breakfast lady harassed us for tips. She became very mad when we refused. We didnt think tip was justified because she didnt help us with anything. We had to get up and get our own food and drinks. It was such an upsetting way to start the morning that we decided to eat out and skip the unpleasant encounter the next morning.
