  : I'm afraid its quite a list... I can't list it all. These were the worst bits;The communication with the host was awful. Messages were rarely answered & check in was very vague. He didn't even know which Villa we were in initially.The 'private beach' is shared with two other villas, so up to 16 other people you don't know also using it. Not to mention it was completely underwater the entire time. Not a beach so much as a Quayside. Also down a huge hill. Not a climb we did more than once.There was little to no privacy, pool cleaners would let themselves in, when we complained that we wanted privacy we were assured it would not happen again only for a gardener to let themselves in the next day! Quite a few of the patio doors are broken & can't be locked so there was no way to lock the Villa. It was not secure so we always felt nervous going out & leaving our stuff unattended.Lots of bits & pieces are broken, 3 of the 4 showers were tiny cubicles, certainly not luxury.The garden is so over grown that the infinity pool has no view, nor does any of the garden seating. This has also led to a HUGE mosquito & wasp infestation which made eating outside impossible. This desperately needs to be addressed.One of the worse points was the host blocking out DOUBLE the agreed price in our bank accoutrements for almost 5 days! We couldn't access 1000 of our own money while on holiday because they blocked it out in our account in the name of luxury villas and then again in the name of a parent company. When we complained it still took them another 48 hours to release our own money & they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience or the fact that we had to cancle other parts of our holiday as they had our money tied up!All in all, this was a large Villa, but not a luxury one. The service fell well below expectations & the Villa needs a serious overhaul.Such a shame as we had high hopes.

  : After researching A LOT, we booked this villa for 8 people. It was perfect - the rooms are massive, the pool/view is gorgeous and it is also very well located. Villa is powered by fast WiFi and AC in all rooms. Highly recommend for a big group who can splurge a little.
  : There were a lot of mosquitoes in the outside / pool / lounge area- but thats just everywhere in Corfu. The villa is situated at the bottom of a steep slope - so it takes a while to walk back up to the main gate.

  : Stunning views and great outside space. Excellent pool
  : Air-con didnt work on arrival, took 2 days to fix. Not as close to amenities as the villa description made out. Taxis impossible to get for short journeys and bus timetable impossible to understand.

  : Loved the house, gardens, supplies they left, cleanliness, amazing views, extra blankets/dressing gowns! Worth a walk down the path to the sea from the house. Easy to drive into Corfu..
  : Shower heads needed descaling. Hot water not great, took ages to come through. Beds not particularly comfy and chairs in dining room needed new foam!
