  : Very nice accomodation in a good area with a lot of restaurantes, bars and small shops, and also very near of the center. The owner was very caring and excelent relation between price and quality.

  : The pave is roomy, and quite comfy for a couple of people. The kitchen is equipped enough. Right next to the beach entrance (3 minutes walk), close to a big groceries store and a bus stop/ The owner tries to help fiercely.
  : The ground floor, and the windows look at the next building wall. The internet is barely enough during a day(3-4Mbit), and evenings are horrible, sometime less than 512kbps. The place is very next to a road, which is surprisingly well used by bikers and night clubs attendees, whom are gonna puke laugh and ride their bikes basically in your room. And the next building wall, 3 meters away. makes the sound reflect so powerful you're not gonna like it even less than me

  : Everything really the shower was rubbish, oven didn't work only the hobs. The lady that run it was lovely at 1st until the 3rd day of her asking me if I wanted Aircon & I didn't, then she accused me of tampering with the electric box. You got 1 sheet for the bed & 1 bath towel and a tiny hand towel that didn't wrap around my wet hair. If you put the shower high up you would flood the bathroom so had to use one hand to wash and one holding shower.

  : It is very basic. The host is amazing! She is so careful about your needs.The location is convinient. Everything is at the door. The beach is 1 min away. There are buses to everywhere in the island, that pass through Gouvia and the bus stop is 3mik walk. Wi-fi is good depending on the room. If you need good Wi-fi to work, tell the host, she will arrange the mist convenient room for that.
  : Pillow was not very comfortable. It could have some amenities, like kettle, for ex.

  : It's an Airbnb-style hotel, very well-maintained, and hosted by a very kind and helpful lady, Mrs. Katerina. Her daughter helped me with general inquiries when I contacted them via Booking.com's messages.At the time of check-in, when Mrs Katerina found out that the AC in my apartment was not working, she offered me a downgraded room and charged me honestly for its price, not trying to rip me off.The AC in the room worked very well, and I was comfortable during the hot days. They charge an extra 5 per day for the AC.There were fresh pair of towels and a shower gel tube in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy, with proper hotel linen, clean and tidy. It was very comfortable, and I slept well without any discomfort.Though the place is not modern or newly built, everything was clean and properly working.The Wifi was very good. I worked full-time during the day and never had any issues with the Wifi.My flight was 9 hours later than the check-out time. Given the heatwave, when I asked for an overstay of a couple of hours, Mrs Katerina arranged another upgraded room at a very reasonable price to accommodate my request.Overall, it was a comfortable stay, I'm satisfied. The location is perfect. This hotel was about a 3~4-minute walk from the main road where Bus no. 7 runs directly to the town centre. The street had a lot of places to eat and shop around. The beach was just around the corner, peaceful and uncrowded. Gouvia is a quiet and peaceful village.
  : Some small things:I was asked to check-in an hour later than my pre-informed check-in time because the host faced a family emergency. That's understandable, but I think this could be managed by allowing self-check-in rather than asking me to wait with no place to go.Though the AC was cooling fine, on the second day, it started a vibrating sound whenever the compressor ran. It was uncomfortable sometimes. But I think they would have fixed it if I had complained.Only one small tube of shower gel was provided, which isn't sufficient, especially in hard water (Greece don't have fresh drinking water in taps like in Britain). I used it in 2 showers. I think they would have given me some more if I had asked.

  : Great host, everything very clean and location is very central and 2 minutes walking from the Gouvia Beach. Nice wifi and balcony view.
  : Beds and pillow are very hard, not comfortable much.
