  : The view from public places or from deluxe room. Breakfast was ok if you like pastries.
  : Location is terrible. The roads to reach hotel is not for tourist. You have to be a local to be able to reach the place. If you take just simple room, the view will be into the noisy and horrible part of the hotel. If you upgrade your room into deluxe room- you will have an amazing view, unfortunately you wont have AC in the room. Only portable fan. Every day complained about broken AC, room has ben change for an other, again, without working AC. Explanation was, that one room on the same floor is using AC, thats why into other rooms AC isnt working.

  : The views of pompei are very good. There are many terraces and a very big pool. The surroundings are tranquil and span several terraces. The dinner area has a superb view. The breakfast buffet was very good (except the coffee which was a big letdown)
  : The coffee was awful. It's so strange. Everything else about the breakfast was top spec. I just assumed the coffee would be good as well but it wasn't. Other guests made negative comments about the coffee while I queued at the machine. Also the dinner restaurant meal portions were small for the main dishes. Given prices were were quite high I was expecting at least a reasonable portion.

  : Lovely hotel, the breakfast had a great selection, amazing views from the terrace and nice pool which wasnt too busy. Lovely staff at front desk
  : Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the floor when using and was unavoidable due to missing shower seals, most off the fixtures in the bathroom were coming off the wall which was disappointing

  : You could have a nice view from sea and sunset Hotels Restaurant has the best Neapolitan Margarita Pool is so nice There was a young man at pool, He is very helpful and polite There is free parking
  : Location!So much narrow roads takes almost 30 minutes from inside villages to reach there where Hotel is. Airconditioner (AC) in the rooms works just one hour,then you have to turn it on again.So during night while you sleep every hour you notice its hot and you have to get up out of bed and go turn it on. Breakfast ! Mostly are remained from last night restaurants food.No cheese,Not much salty choices but good sweeties. Hair dryer in my room was broken. When you take shower water is gathering in the bathroom floor and no way to dry out.

  : It was an amazing view from the pool side to the mountains.
  : Unfortunately, looking out from your windows, we only saw back alley.To have a normal bean coffee it costs us 3 euros extra every morning. Food was constantly over (cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber).Being from the hospitality industry, we recognise when food from last nights wedding dinner is served, poorly disguised as breakfast the next day. It was both sad and hilarious at the same time.

  : The room was clean and the breakfast was really good.
  : We are really disappointed because of the staff on the reception. They made us pay 210 euro for an upgrade we didnt want. We asked for a room with a terrace and they told us we would have to pay more for it, but we didnt agree. We never confirmed that we wanted an upgraded room but they made us pay for it anyway.

  : Beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and it was nice that we came back to a clean room with clean towels each day. Nicely styled room. The view at breakfast was lovely. We didnt use the pool but it did look like a nice area.
  : First of all we paid for a Mountain View and we opened our window (no balcony) to look out at an air conditioning unit you had to put your head right out and round to see the mountain. So this can only be described as a partial Mountain View at best, we asked to move to another room with a balcony and they said they would let us know but never did even when we asked a couple of times.On our first day we needed to get a taxi back to the airport to get our hire car. We asked for one to be called and they said yes it was on its way we then sat and waited for about 45 minutes to then be asked if we did need a taxi we said yes at this point we realised it would have been much cheaper and quicker to go and get a bus and a train but decided to persevere it was then another nearly an hour until our taxi arrived with us continually asking how long etc this cost 105 euro and the driver didnt know how to get to the arrivals area of the airport! Obviously the taxi wasnt booked when we first asked.Breakfast if Im honest wasnt that amazing it was ok but confused on the reviews saying it was amazing as hot options (fatty bacon or boiled sausages) very limited and not enough fruit and just lots of cake and biscuits not many healthy options. We also found it beyond bizarre that everyday we had to sit at a table where other peoples dirty plates and cups were there was absolutely no effort to clear tables for guests and we werent the only ones. Most hotels I have stayed at they actually clear your plate while you sit there! The coffee machine also seemed to spew out hot milk and was erratic. The staff also closed off the food dead on 10am which isnt a huge issue but does make you feel unwelcome.The shower in our room leaked horrendously which I think is a theme. No coffee in the room so its not true that you have tea and coffee making facilities. The mini bar/fridge is so tiny you have no way of putting anything of your own in to it so this is useless as well.
