  : what my family didnt appreciate was an incident that happened with the lock on our apartment door it was really hard to unlock the door from the first day. my elderly father 74 arrive back to the apartment one day for a nap as it was too hot for him but he couldnt get into the door as his key wouldnt work. my dad had some help from a man that lives in the building and told my dad he would call to get it fixed, 4 hours later me and my brother arrived back to hear he had been left in the sun all day with no assistance this was upsetting. I then called the staff of the apartment and they they guy he arrived 15 minutes later and said this has never happened before about 10 times as if it wasnt happening and suggested we left our other key inside door on the inside and that it would be impossible for the key to work while the other key was in the key hole the other side. my brother said he didnt leave it in the key hole and that it was on the table inside. we went for a walk while they fixed the lock. we came back and it worked looked like it has been oiled. my brothers key was where he said I was on the table not in the key hole. I decided to see if the key would work with a key in the door on the inside and it did so I recorded it to prove it wasnt our mistake as they original thought. I expressed this to staff when they asked my family to pay 96.80 for the lock not working. they where very rude and disrespectful said my behavior is disappointing and that they hope the never have a customers like my family again I ask how did we broke the lock and then they blocked me. Im sorry their door lock broke theses things happen sometimes when things are old like this apartment is but it wasnt my familys fault it needed some oil.

  : Spacious, well-decorated apartment with amazing view and location. Well-equipped kitchen.
  : Despite following the pool rules to the letter and being extremely respectful, we still overheard the neighbors complaining about the fact that tourists were using the pool. We were only there 1 hour a day and not every day of our stay. This led to feeling a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome on the property.

  : The view of the Alhambra is the most excellent feature of this property. The apartment is close enough to walk to the Plaza Nuevo and el Centro. After a few initial hiccups with heating and a light fixture, which were all attended to, all went well. We had family nearby and the apartment was large enough to accommodate all easily and prepare family meals. Although close to the hustle and bustle the area immediate around the apartment was quiet. And did I mention the view of the Alhambra.
  : We are a couple of older fogies and the climb up the three flights of stairs caused us to have a sit down after we arrived. But then, we had that nice view of the Alhambra to take the edge off.

  : A charming apartment, great view of the Alhambra from the living room. Would have rated much higher but for niggles for our stay. It is 51 steps up to the top floor apartment - but worth it when you get there comfy beds, spacious lounge/ dining. And quiet a short walk up from main town.
  : Niggles: Mainly, no hot water! Three nights, all on cold showers. Weather in mid September not quite hot enough for that to be welcome. Chezmoi Homes first said would fix, then claimed apartment owners had not given permission. Frustrating. Also poor communication from Chezmoi of arrival info. We were told taxi from Malaga could come to the door, but it dumped us middle of Albaicin area to navigate steps and winding alleys via Google maps. Maybe out of town taxi is not allowed up Carrera del Darro; clear instructions would help. Then, a wait to get in - the company messaged that they would meet us at apartment, but were not there! Answerphone before finally got through on phone, then a 25 minute wait after long journey to get access. They claimed they informed us to message ahead but had not. If you are adults using two bedrooms as we were, you might want to know the bathroom is straight off a short open passage from the double bedroom.

  : bathroom was in main bedroom so as two couples it felt a little invasive. The pool wasnt clean which was disappointing.

  : The location was amazing and the views of Alhambra outstanding. Well situated for restaurants and easy access to historic places of interest. The apartment was very comfortable although the pool was too cold to be enjoyed despite the amazing weather.
  : The communication with the apartment managing agency was poor. On arrival in Spain was provided with a WhatsApp txt which explained access to the property but initially the keys from the key safe didnt work and the agent message indicated that they were closed for the day. Once l gained access with help from charming neighbours, some 30 minutes later, there was no basic instructions or information left for using the amenities such as wifi etc. Had anticipated a much better reception.
