  : New and clean. Good (ish) location. Good shower and comfortable beds. The cleaner (who met us) was lovely, very patient with my lack of Spanish.
  : Didn't meet the host. Pre-arranged parking tickets came a couple of days into our stay. Much smaller than the photos depict? 2nd bedroom VERY small, bed and clothes rail - no room for any other furniture. Apartment sleeps 6 (two on sofa bed). We were party of 4 and it felt small for us? Took us an hour to make the induction hob work (no instructions).

  : Apartment and facilities were excellent. No issues at all. Great shower , apartment very well furnished & appointed, clean & tidy with virtually all new appliances. Good communication from owner via WhatsApp, apart from WiFi query. Overall, thoroughly reccomendable.
  : Poor communication on access to apartment, we thought we were meeting someone there on arrival ( using taxi arranged by Aptmt), but waited 15mins, then phoned owner who then gave us code for a key safe on outside wallNo Wi fi, asked owner to supply codes but no reply from owner.No information regarding immediate local area etc which may have been useful.A little noisy some nights but you are in the city!!

  : The location is very good, there is an elevator, the apartment is clean, warm and convenient.
  : It is a bit noisy during the night and the mattresses are not comfortable.

  : There was no one to meet us and show us how things worked( wifi , stove etc) We had walked a long way from tge parking lot and the lift in tge unit wasnt working.

  : PLEASE STAY AWAY. Unlike other apartments I have rented in The past, in the fine print, the agreement for Chez Moi, stated the required cash advance deposit of 150 euros the day of check in.When I contacted the property via text to verify this and commented that no other apartment in my trip made that request, I never received a comment/ reply regarding this matter. No one greeted us at the apartment I imagine because of my inquiry ; and no deposit was collected. By the same token, the customer service was nonexistent. Several issues arose requiring their attention, but the main one was the air conditioning not working. I was asked to send a picture of the panel setting, which I sent indicating all the appropriate controls they had indicated. Then, I was told someone would be over to check the A/CI asked for the name of the person who would be coming over and their picture so I could verify before opening the door; this was never produced and no one ever showed up.After that, I did not bother inquiring about other matters that arise with the property as regular of courtesy and customer service was lacking.So we slept with the windows opened to let in fresh air- leaving us to spend half the night listening to people and cars going by, garbage truck collection, lights from the street; and cigarette smoke from passers by.The only comment sent was that the previous guests had not complained about the air conditioning.

  : A clean, modern and comfortable apartment right in the centre of Granada very close to the cathedral. Very accommodating hosts who kindly allowed us to arrive early and check out an hour later than scheduled. Comfortable beds and good quality amenities. Arrival was super easy with keys in a lock box by the front door.
  : The apartment could benefit from a couple of minor additions, such as a full length mirror in the bedroom, a bathroom bin and some proper wine glasses. Also, some kitchen condiments like salt and pepper would have been great. The street outside the main bedroom can also be quite noisy on a weekend night as there is a bar located close by.
