  : Property is in an excellent location though clearly is used as a party house by most guests that use it. Would recommend property for groups of friends rather than families
  : We arrived at 1530 to find the property wasn't ready, we then had to wait another hour or two till it was ready

  : Very nice, modern apartment on top floor of building. Elevator available. The location is very good, close to Cathedral, shops, restaurants and airport bus. 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet. On the top floor another toilet. Also washing /drying machine available, which worked very well. From the bedroom and the rooftop terrace we had a fantastic view of the Alhambra. Contact with owner via Whatsapp, we were met by owner 1 minute after we arrived at the apartment to hand us the keys and show us around.

  : The days we stayed in Granada were unusually cold and rainy. We arrived at 4pm, the apartment was quite cold but the host set the AC switch higher and we assumed the temp will rise quickly. Wrong! at 8pm it was still very cold and we discovered there is no hot water! We contacted the office - no help at all: watsup exchange: "you can regulate the temperature of the radiators" - we: no they do not work (as the admitted later! ) please help, they "I am working in my office, i have some things to do, I can come later", they: "We have a technical report confirming that the heat pumps are working fine as the engineer has been here yesterday and today (they write this AFTER they came up and saw there is no heat and no hot water!) we: do you have extra comforters or blankets? They: "could you please check the closets?" we: no extra comforters or blankets in closets; do you have any electric heater?; they: "no, sorry, i can check later, I am working"; they : " you can move out but I need the key before 9pm" (it was 8:40pm at this point). I never met such unprofessional and unfriendly support! we could not move immediately at that time so we decided to stay, they offered a small discount that we did not get so far. This was not the end of our problems - the next day we lost power several times - they finally came and reset the electrical breakers and chastised us for turning on too many lights in our "luxury penthouse". Only on the morning of the last day just before checking out the temp was finally up and we got hot water.

  : Location was great, and views from balcony were amazing.
  : Overall stay was great, there were a few maintenance issues (ceiling fan wasnt working, electric blinds were broken) but overall the stay was pleasant and location made up for the minor issues.

  : Beautiful property in a fantastic area of town to explore. I imagine this was once a 10/10 no doubt, but it felt like it was being managed from afar and the upkeep wasnt what might be expected for such a beautiful property.
  : Little things missing or broken. No remote for one of the TVs, the other one missing batteries. Dishes and cutlery sparse. Blinds upstairs broken. could not control heat.
