NEW Apartment next to the beach La Tejita

  : - Nice apartment with enough space for two (with the additional beds even for four) - Multiple tables and cosy furniture in the living room - All kinds of built-in equipment (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler etc.) - Pretty nice view to the ocean (Playa de la Tejita and Montaa Roja) from the large windows and a mid-size balcony - Free parking included in the protected underground garage of the residential complex - Close to the highway if you're by car - A small shopping mall with grocery store and food places is nearby (3 minutes on foot) - Very close to some nice beaches (in a walking distance or a couple of minutes by car) and a charco - The seafood restaurants of Los Abrigos are also close - Although it's close to the airport, its noise can't really be heard
  : - The wind is always strong here so you can hear it all day and all night (when it gets stronger it can be pretty frustrating). - The apartment neither has air conditioning nor fans so if it gets hot outside (sometimes it happens), you basically get cooked inside (you can't leave the windows open because of the hot wind). A fan at least in the bedroom would be really beneficial. We had some sleepless nights due to a heat wave and the lack of fans. - The main bed is queen size only which is pretty small for a couple. And the mattress is hard like stone so it caused some back pain for me when I woke up in the mornings. - It's not the apartment's fault but the tap water stinks like sea fish which you can smell even if you're taking a shower.

  : Lovely view. Fast internet. Sunlight on the terrace from morning until about 2pm. Host was very responsive to all questions.

  : we would prefer 2 sets of keys. no locks on balcony door. Television biased towards Spanish viewing. Maybe subscription to International TV channels would be good for International holiday makers.

  : Location is between El Medano and Los Abrigos. Nice beach & morning walks to Red cliff. Baywatch on the beach.
  : It was pretty cold there, but we had only 2 thin blankets and actually were freezing during nights Also host was not super welcoming & supportive on our departure. Cleanliness could also be much better.

  : Very nice and well equipt appartment. There is everything you need. Nice view to the sea and Montana Roja.
  : We did't know the appartment number (letter) and were trying to find it walking door to door. We receive it over an hour after we tried to call the company (Unfortunately it was Sunday evening). So this the only reason why I give 9 instead of 10
