  : The room was very nice! Super clean & cute!! I loved the mountain setting! The staff was friendly for the most part.
  : There wasn’t any breakfast. The one solid reason we chose this property was for the indoor/outdoor pool that I called about to make sure it was open & in working condition 12 hours before we booked and went up there , we were told everything was good but when we got there the pool was closed with no opening time to offer us? It was our anniversary so we wanted a place to stay where we could stay on property & eat, drink , swim , & chill without having to drive anywhere. Well the restaurant was open the evening we checked in , very good! Closed the next day- along with the pool & the hot tubs. So if we wanted to do anything we would have had to drive at least 15 miles to check things out- I could have stayed in Denver for that! The pool eventually opened the evening of the 13th so we got to swim for a bit, we left first thing in the morning of the 14th. Super frustrated!!! Overall we had a good time but maybe a little more communication skills needs to be addressed !!!
