  : Beds were clean, rooms were clean
  : Hot tubs were dirty. Very strong chlorine smell, had a chemical rash. Lots of groups of people crowd around a hot tub to claim it. One hot tub was out of service, another one cool. Breakfast is okay but not worth the price all around.

  : This visit was unfortunate to see a couple of hot tubs were not working. Also the breakfast eggs were not warm.

  : It was hassle free check n and out
  : There was no outlet on right side of bed, but had a lamp I couldn’t use. It was very loud as people were very rude slamming doors until 4am , kids running up and down the hall till 1 am, the entire hotel stunk of chlorine and plugged my sinuses, the outlets could not hold a plug in. Like a hairdryer You had to keep plugging it in, carpet along the walls had dust bunnies and you could tell it hasn’t been vacuumed under things well, there is a long mirror by the door but no outlets near by. So I had to move the microwave/ fridge and unplug one of there so I could have an outlet, then I had to take the useless lamp on the right side of the bed and plug that in and use the lamp as a outlet for my curling iron. So so very disappointed as I stay here many times thru the years. I will not stay here again. I got 2 hours of sleep and was woke up to more door slamming and a housekeeper knocking at my door at 10:15. Ugh

  : Great continental breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms.
  : The entire lobby area is a mixture of many hot tubs, and tables. When we arrived we were told we were upgraded to a courtyard room. Naturally when someone tells you that you’ve been upgraded you expect good things. Now, because we were a family with young kids (they knew this when we came in) finding a place to stay away from home is stressful. The hot tubs are open until 11 PM - it is so incredibly loud in the rooms. Nobody in our room was able to get some sleep. It’s like the sound bounced off the high open ceilings and magnified from its original loud. Beyond the sound, the tub wasn’t washed very well. There was dried conditioner stuck onto the side of the shower. Kind of gross.
