  : the room and view
  : Arriving at the car-park (the official address) it was not obvious where the entrance was, no signs to the entrance. When we suggested they but up a sign, for future customers, is was our fault that we parked at the car-park. (it turned out that the main entrance was on the other side of the building.) when we went to dinner the staff/owners where very "busy" with 2 other tables. We where pointed to a table where w could sit. later we where given a menu, but failed to ask if we would like to have a drink. After 20 mins of no attention. (dining room was less than 1/4 full) we decided that they did not "need" our custom and left. We where seen leaving, but again ignored! In the morning we did not feel like having breakfast (expensive) in the hotel and checked out. one owners (from the dining-room before was the one checking us out, was not interested in how our stay was. We she did not ask, we told her how we felt about our experience in the dining-room. We still had the impression that they could not care less. in 2 weeks of travel in a different hotel each night, this was the only hotel where we had bad service. (the least expensive one too) We base our hotel choises on reviews on the booking.com. and cannot understand why our experience is so different in this case. For the other hotels we stayed at our experiences more or less match the other reviews.

  : Excellent service. Lovely food in the restaurant. Good advice for the wine. Great view of the lake from our balcony, although the weather wasnt very kind.

  : If in the area, this hotel is comfortable with nice view. Beds are comfortable and rooms have be updated. Lake View spectacular.

  : Lovely location with views across the lake. Very nicely appointed room and the balcony was nice to have. Dinner was very good, fixed menu 4 courses, very tasty but not overfilling. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Perhaps a little over priced but difficult to say now when all costs are increasing.

  : We stayed in the new addition which was comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the lake.
  : It was a little bit expensive in the restaurant for dinner.

  : Very good breakfast buffet. Nice cuisine with character and interesting wines on offer. The lake allows for great views.
  : rooms are not so big, and the main "lounge" area is quite small as well. Maybe in summer there is more space outside. Quite expensive overall
