  : Front reception staff were very good and helpful. The mattress was comfortable.
  : The odour in the room from whatever room deodoriser they're using was overpowering and horrible. The sheets were thin and not good quality. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The bedside light could not be turned off, I had to unplug the light to get some sleep which was very inconvenient when I had to get up in the night. I could not change channels on the TV, it was stuck on just one channel. The heater/aircon took a long time to heat up/cool down, seems pretty old. The door to the room was hard to open, seemed to get stuck easily. I had to ask the front staff for help at one stage. The whole place felt like it was done on the cheap and the owners don't care about guests' comfort.

  : It's probably hard to give number ratings to hotels. This hotel was rated 2.5, yet it didn't meet the equivalent other 2.5 hotels we stayed at on this trip. Compared to them, I'd give it a 2. Nothing particularly wrong, just basic, no elegance.

  : I must have misunderstood the reviews when I booked this property. It had an ICK feeling to it from the minute I walked in the door. No elevator and we are seniors. Upstairs room. Dark. Bed was comfortable, however. Honestly I didn't like anything, but we did get a cup of coffee from the breakfast bar. (closed early)
  : The toilet was nasty under the rim. It did not flush properly. The towels did not smell clean. The floor/no carpet laminate was sticky. The bathroom door would not stay open unless propped with a trash can. I do not recommend this location at all.
