  : Close enough to Hersheypark. Fairly close to restaurants and other things to do.
  : Property was old and in decline. No a/c in the hallways which made going in and out of the building miserable. The room was dark and dated. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The a/c unit in the room ran non-stop, but the temperature was never at what it was set at. The wall unit(controlled by a thermostat on the wall), was really loud and rattled non-stop. I asked the desk clerk an out it and she said she could send somebody up to look at it, but it was normal for it to make that much noise. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep with all the racket it made. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so all of the fog and humidity from taking showers went into the sleeping area when you opened the door. Also, the TV only worked on one of the two nights we stayed here. I had reserved and paid for three nights. We were so miserable there we checked out a day early and went home. When I went to check out the desk clerk told because I booked through a third party she couldn’t let me check out u til the following day. I handed her my keys snd said we were leaving snd for her to do whatever she needed to do. Never heard of a hotel not letting you check out early. It’s not like I was asking for any money back. If you are going to Hersheypark pick a better hotel than this. It was truly a miserable experience for us. Your family deserves better!
