  : The receptionist doesnt speak properly any other language than Spanish and they are not well informed about the surrounding cities and transports.

  : The room is big and comfortoble, and so is the bath room. Good Matrass. Storage place, Light, balcony, etc. Not an idillic view however. A parking is there for free however it is not closed and no surveillance, also no shadow. However, it was conveniently next by and safe enough. The hotel building as such also nice, the staff very very friendly. I like to have free filtered water in the corridor next to the elevator. I did not have time to use the pool but it seems to be nice. The hotel is in walking distance to beach and in particular to the reggae restaurant.
  : I stayed one night at the Reggae festival and no way to wake up for Breakfeast - I would have been glad if I could have had a small breakfeast package provided since I paid for it (included in price), but I even forgot to ask if posible - so: nothing to blame. I do not like AirCon so I did not switch it on. Even if it was very hot these days (around 40C), I could still reasonably sleep; I was too lazy to investigate how to switch on the AC at least a little bit, but I have to say that it was not easy to spot where and how to turn it on, so I gave up. Price a bit high but that is surely due to the Festival (?). If you go to the reggae festival you need to go there with car (beware of lots of police presence there at any time) - I had no problem to find parking there, despite what people are saying in the web. You will most probably not get a taxi if you do not schedule it before or ask the hotel to send it. Walking is way to far and hot during day.

  : breakfast was really good, with a lot of options but if you want to improve, you could have better cheeses It may be good to put labels on the dishes. Especially in meat dishes, it may be good to learn what the meat is.
  : The fact that the toilet and bathroom in the room do not have a door makes privacy difficult.

  : Rocio on reception was so so nice and helpful. She made the stay so amazing.
  : No door on the bathroom was not ideal, I imagine they'll end up having to remodel to install doors. In the bedroom if someone opened the main door to the room you could literally see whoever was in the shower from the corridor.
