  : Our stay at Casa dei Galli from March 29th to April 1st was marred by a significant insect infestation, particularly in two of the rooms. Despite immediate communication with the provided contacts, no effective solution was provided throughout our stay, despite sending photos and videos documenting the issue. The final response, offering only an 8% refund, was wholly inadequate considering four of us resorted to sleeping on the sofa due to insects infesting the beds. Regrettably, one of our friends was even bitten. Apart from our continuous updates, we felt ignored and unsupported. Attached are the aforementioned visual evidence. Unfortunately I cannot attach more photos or videos which are impressive so Im leaving pictures of the videos which is just a small part of the whole pic. I strongly advise against staying here due to the risk of recurring infestations and the lack of assistance provided.

  : Well equipped house, clean and a short drive away from main points of attraction. Nice views of the lake and mountains around the property. The swimming pool was great for the kids. All together, good value for money and recommended for a short family stay!
  : Situated on the mountain side, it was a bit difficult to haul suitcases up the stairs. Kitchen had everything we needed but was small. The property needs either fans or AC to deal with growing heat.
