  : Everything was pretty nice, large kitchen in the suite, big dining room table, balcony, living was nice. The only thing we were disappointed in was the furniture was torn and the arm rest was bent. Totally old. Wooden Picture frames were chipped on the two main picture frames in living room.

  : Elevator not working. I have no problem using stairs but in this case, using stairs with all the luggage was challenging and risky.

  : Almost everything about the breakfast.The staff made it feel like they were there on a favor.The options were limited and basic - maybe switch it up a bit every other day?Signs about not staying longer than 20 minutes.Signs about not taking food with you.The last day we got breakfast a little later9:20 maybe? 9:30 ON THE DOT the breakfast was closed. Rules are rules, no problem - but that was the last straw. I just laughed.Our first day started out great: (not really)My niece, nephew and sister have gluten issues, my grandparents had stocked up on options ahead of time.As my brother-in-law went 500 meters to the house to pick up the gluten-free options, my sister and her 3 kids sat with my family. (We get to see each other maybe a week out of every year.)There was an issue with how many people were there physically and how many breakfasts to serve by the yellow card.They didn’t ask OR CONSUME more food other than the two allocated on their yellow card.There was no upfront talk, just many random comments and looks that left us feeling very uncomfortable. Oh and yes, I can understand Spanish!I went to ask / explain to the front desk , trying to figure out how to make it right, they were helpful and didn’t see any issue. We made a point to return to the cafeteria and explain a second time. Just kinda stared at us.The following day, made sure the only individual eating the breakfast went to the cafeteria. Small kids = one parent didn’t get food so they could stay in the room with the kids and they ate their special food in the room. Didn’t even want to test the waters of bringing in our own food (even due to special diets)Before getting served, the gal insisted strongly on expressing her discontent about the day prior - again. (I thought this was old news?
