  : When you check in they tell you it's a $100 deposit that refundable but after 5 to 7 business days after you check out. That should be posted on the website somewhere.

  : we got there and it was locked nobody in site, there was a sign that stated pick up phone for service, the guy was sitting outside in his vehicle we told him we had reservations it was just past midnight and he stated he had no reservations without even asking for my info and and I show my reservation on the phone and stated that it must have been cancelled since I didn't arrive during check in time. first of all nowhere on the reservation did it say you needed to arrive by a certain time or your reservation would be cancelled! 2ndly I always travel to NC and check in to many hotels and never had an issue like this only at this location he didn't bother to say I apologize but let me see what I have available. He never bothered to let me in the lobby the whole conversation was pretty much outside in the parking lot which was very sketchy!! I had to ask if he had anything available he kept goin in and coming out VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you aren't arriving by the check in time be prepared for your reservation to be cancelled. also people outside parking lot just hanging out smoking and drinking.
